Passport

Most international travel requires a valid passport for U.S. Citizens. Please verify the expiration date and physical condition of your passport.

Next, check the specific passport requirements with the consulate of the countries you plan to visit during your trip (if you need help finding these requirements, don’t hesitate to contact us).

It’s important to note that some countries require blank passport pages with no prior stamps or documentation. Some countries also require passports to be valid for a specified amount of time beyond your departure date (up to six months).

If you find you will require a new passport, please note that passport processing can take up to three months from the date you apply, so it’s important to look into this as soon as possible.

You can find more details on the US Department of State’s passport information website at: Passport Information, and again, please contact one of our Adventure Consultants with questions as they arise.

Depending on the location of your trip, travel visas may be required for U.S. citizens and are not included in the land cost of your adventure. Upon booking, please check the specific visa requirements with the consulate of the countries you will visit during your stay, as visas can take up to 90-days or more to arrive.
