What You Will Receive
How It Works
As a TIAP Group Leader, you’ll be rewarded every time someone from your network books and completes a trip with us.
For every traveler you refer who:
- Pays for their trip in full
- Attends and completes their adventure
You will receive your choice of:
- 10% travel credit toward a future TEP trip
- (or) 10% commission on the net cost of their trip*
There’s no cap on the number of people you can refer or the total rewards you can earn.
*Commission is calculated on the net trip price (excluding any discounts or promotions).
This program is open to all passionate adventurers who align with our mission: to provide transformational experiences in the world’s most inspiring destinations.
Getting Started Is Easy
Introduce your referral via email to The Explorer’s Passage.
Ensure they mention your name when submitting their trip application.
Once they complete the journey, you’ll receive your reward within 10 days of trip completion.

Important Guidelines
To ensure the program runs smoothly:
- Referrals must be submitted through an initial email introduction
- They must name you as their referrer when they apply
- All bookings must go directly through TEP
- Commissions or credits are only applicable after the trip is fully paid and completed
- The program is private and not to be shared publicly without written permission from TEP
- TIAP participation does not imply employment or contractor status with TEP
