Day 1: Cusco, Peru The Sacred Valley
Upon arrival in Cusco, the ancient Incan capital, we begin attuning to the Andes with a plant-based welcome lunch at Green Point. On the way to the Sacred Valley, we pause for a grounding meditation at Qenqo and take in the mountain views. At the retreat lodge, a traditional Pachamama offering and evening of Andean myth and sound healing open the journey.
Day 2: Ceremonial Hike & Ñusta Karpay Initiations
We begin with a ceremonial hike to the sacred Arin Waterfall, honoring the Urubamba River and participating in a Water and Earth ritual. After lunch, we receive the Ñusta Karpay initiations, seven energetic transmissions that awaken feminine wisdom through the elements. In the evening, we gather for a despacho ceremony around the fire, offering prayers and integrating the day’s teachings in community.

Day 3: Pilgrimage to Moray &
Maras with Flower Reading Ritual
Today we visit the spiral terraces of Moray, a sacred womb of Pachamama, to explore the feminine symbolism of descent, creation, and return. In ceremony, we reflect on our own cycles of transformation and connect with the stillness within. After a picnic lunch, we visit the salt terraces of Maras, where crystal pools fed by a subterranean spring embody the Earth’s abundance and Andean reciprocity.
Day 4: Pisac Temple, Lynli Mountain
Hike & New Moon Red Tent
We begin the day at the sacred ruins of Pisac and hike apu Lynli, a masculine mountain spirit, reflecting on the balance of feminine and masculine energies. After lunch in Lamay, we visit a local woman who brews chicha de jora, a traditional corn beer tied to fertility and feminine rites. In the evening, we gather in a riverside Red Tent for a cacao ceremony and New Moon ritual, honoring Earth-based traditions and emotional sovereignty.

Day 5: Weaving Traditions & Exploring Ollantaytambo
We begin the day in the weaving village of Huilloc, where women artisans carry ancestral wisdom through sacred textiles, followed by a visit to the Alqa Museum to explore Andean identity and art. In the afternoon, we walk the ancient stone fortress of Ollantaytambo, reflecting on Andean teachings of power, tenderness, and elemental balance. As evening falls, we board the train to Aguas Calientes, descending into the lush cloud forest at the base of Machu Picchu.
Day 6: Butterfly Garden &
Sacred Entry into Machu Picchu
We begin the day at a peaceful butterfly garden, where these delicate beings symbolize transformation and soul evolution. After lunch, we enter the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu, walking in reverence as a circle of women through its ancient temples and terraces. With a final teaching from Lisa-Marie, we honor the ancestral light within us, then return to Munay Sonqo for an evening of rest and integration.

Day 7: Spa Renewal & Temple
of the Moon Ceremony
Day 8: Farewell & Return Home
On our final morning, we rise slowly and depart as transformed women. Transfers will be arranged to the airport as scheduled. Though our journey concludes here, the remembrance we’ve reclaimed will ripple outward through every step we take from this point on.
